Rentschler Biopharma开始在大波士顿的新设施上工作

合同开发和制造组织Rentschler Biopharma（德国Laupheim）已开始在马萨诸塞州米尔福德市建造一个新设施，毗邻现有设施。

新的22,000英尺²设施将提高该公司的CGMP制造能力，并为美国客户生产复杂分子的能力。

完成后，该设施将包含用于制造，一次性生物反应器，清洁室和仓储功能的空间。Rentschler表示，该工厂的设计将是模块化的，以满足不断发展的客户需求，并包括Pharma 4.0功能，以提高效率并增强自动化。

该公司预计该工厂将于2023年底运营。

2020年，Rentschler宣布与BNT162B2 COVID-19疫苗有关的Biontech（NSDQ：BNTX）进行了合作，该疫苗已成为世界上最受欢迎的此类疫苗之一。
